Sleep

The average college student does not get enough sleep.  Sleep is important to provide your body with time to recuperate from the stresses of the day and to provide you with the energy you need to function.  College is an exciting time and a busy time.  There often seems to be too much to do and too little time to do it.  Inadequate sleep and sleep problems can affect your well-being, your academic performance, and your life.  If you are chronically feeling tired, can’t fall asleep, awake before you want to, or don’t get a restful sleep, there are things you can do to improve the quality and the quantity of your sleep.   

Here’s a test you can take to assess the quality of your sleep.
